CANCELLATIONS
We know that there are a variety of reasons why you may have to close a file. It could be bankruptcy, perhaps your
balance got paid or maybe your debtor is now deceased. Whatever the reason you can feel comfortable when closing a file with
us. You may close a file at any time for any reason and not incur any penalties or fees for closing
your file. All we ask is that you send us a notice by fax or e-mail.
BILLINGS
You will receive a detailed, monthly billing statement. We do not invoice for each locate.
Your statement will include our record number, which will also appear on the employment notification report, your file
or account number, the date you assigned the account to us and date it expires, the date we notified you of your debtor's
employment, your debtors social security number, first, middle and last name of your debor and amount due.
Payment for our services is expected within 30 days of your billing statement.
